herb grilled cheese sandwich

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning mix
1/4 tsp dehydrated garlic powder
pepper to taste
slices of bread

Mix all the cheeses and seasonings together. Spread cookie sheet with foil. Spray with Pam. Lay down 10 slices of bread. On each slice, sprinkles about 2 to 3 Tbsp of cheese mixture (depending of how cheesy you like it). Cover each with another slice of bread. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degrees. Remove. Spray each sandwich with Pam or drizzle melted butter over them. Bake another 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with tomato soup. Leftover cheese mix is great as a garnish over the soup.
